Cardio and Weight Training with Beth
Both weight training and cardio provide benefits when it comes to weight loss. Resistance training and aerobic activity also provide other health benefits. So there is no longer a need to choose one or the other. Beth is offering Cardio and Weight Training Tuesday and Friday mornings 9.00am – 10.00am $15.00 per class
